Happy New Year Greetings!
Happy (almost) New Year! 2016 has been a very full and successful year. I’ve been able to help support my clients to lead at their best and dramatically improve the performance of their teams.
Looking back over my clients from 2016, I can see there were some clear trends:
- Leadership Succession: Many of my clients are owners, founders or executive leaders who are planning for retirement. With succession planning, leadership development, and coaching I’ve brought confidence and structure to this process and helped onboard new leaders so that the organization is strengthened because of the change.
- Dramatic Changes: Several of my clients needed or wanted to dramatically change how they did business. This was driven by growth, changes in the economy, or new opportunities. I helped them strategically prepare for and navigate these changes in a way that produced growth in their business and in their teams. Additionally, I’ve coached many leaders through the behaviors and mindsets needed to continue to excel in the context of change.
- Breaking Plateaus/New Heights: While in our local economy this has been a tough year, many of my clients have grown. With support in leadership development, coaching, and strategic planning a few have not only outperformed the market but they’ve also outperformed themselves from a year ago. This has included companies who’ve been doing “business-as-always” but have decided they were ready for a positive change.
On a personal side, my family has grown. We welcomed my beautiful and smiley daughter, Tirzah, to the family this year! That makes three kiddos under the age of 5. Also, as both therapy and further meditation in humility I’ve begun to practice Brazilian Ju Jitsu. Which is very therapeutic. But perhaps not calming.
I am very excited about the New Year! 2017 brings some uncertainty and challenges. However, it also brings significant opportunities for leaders who want to both excel as well as see their teams flourish.
My business is relational. In fact, most of my new business comes from referrals. This means a lot to me. If you know of any executive, owner or leader who could benefit from the kind of customized and personalized support that I offer then please do recommend my services.
Wishing you all the very best for 2017. May the New Year bring you good health, prosperity, peace and much happiness.
Take good care,
Christian Muntean
